U.S. SHIPPING POLICY
We can’t wait to send you your new items! Most orders typically take only between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
We offer free shipping for orders over $75 anywhere in the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico sent through USPS. Packages should arrive within 5 to 8 business days to the continental United States. Multiple items may be shipped separately. Need it faster? You can select upgraded shipping for an additional cost.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please contact us if you notice that your tracking information is not updated (please wait 48 hours after shipping notification). If you have any trouble, please contact us at care@milkandfire.com so we can investigate further. Please ensure you provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase as we sadly can’t knock on your neighbor’s door for you to retrieve packages sent to incorrect addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
You may select from USPS First Class International (10-25 business days) or USPS Priority International (6-10 business days).
We now offer DHL Express (1-4 business days). This is our fastest and most reliable International shipping method. (Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays)
All of our shipping methods have estimated transit delivery dates and are not guaranteed. International delivery times may also vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country.
USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL
Orders placed with this shipping method will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen.
The buyer assumes this responsibility by choosing this method. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer.
What about duties, customs, and additional fees?
We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies
